eCommerce Manager- Remote

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Manager with 3-5 years of experience to oversee and optimize our online retail operations. This role is pivotal to driving our e-commerce business growth and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers across all platforms. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of our e-commerce websites and online marketplace presence, including but not limited to website updates, order processing, customer service, and marketing. Familiarity with web development platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, and proficiency in managing marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management

  • Manage and maintain e-commerce websites, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance user experience and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Optimize website performance, including loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.

Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management

  • Oversee order processing, from payment verification to shipping coordination, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat to provide exceptional service.
  • Handle escalated issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements in processes and offerings.

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimize listings on online platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Instagram Shop, etc.
  • Implement strategies for pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning on third-party marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.

Digital Marketing & Analytics
