Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.</p> <b>Base pay range</b> <p>Join a dynamic, forward-thinking haircare brand as its new Ecommerce Director.</p> <b>The role</b> <p>You’ll take full ownership of global ecommerce and digital performance, driving sales and profitability across DTC channels and major marketplaces. Working closely with senior teams, you’ll deliver a best-in-class digital operation that integrates commercial, marketing and customer strategies.</p> <p>Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Owning and driving the global P&L for all DTC and marketplace channels to achieve revenue and profit targets</li> <li>Developing and implementing commercial plans covering forecasting, promotional strategies and pricing optimisation</li> <li>Scoping, designing and executing new market expansion strategies across DTC platforms and marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations</li> <li>Collaborating with marketing to deploy paid media campaigns and maximise ROI</li> <li>Creating and delivering a performance marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions and customer acquisition</li> <li>Enhancing sales and brand presence on key marketplaces by optimising listings, advertising and promotions</li> <li>Managing the end-to-end functionality of a complex global tech stack, ensuring seamless platform operations</li> <li>Overseeing 3PL and logistics for DTC and marketplace fulfilment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li> <li>Leading global customer service strategy and optimising CRM platforms to drive engagement and personalised experiences</li> <li>Providing regular reports and analysis on KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement</li> </ul> <p>You’re an experienced, strategic ecommerce leader with more than a decade of success in digital and commercial growth.
