AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain- Discover II 2026/2027 Starting date 5 th October 2026 until 1st October. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current @context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

An opportunity for a Supply Management (SM) for Services & MRO has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space. The selected candidate will join the Supply Management Services (aftermarket) & MRO team within the Procurement area. This role is accountable within the assigned scope to ensure supplier’s deliveries (spares and repairs for A/C in Service) and to manage internal task force for customer protection. The scope is Combat (mainly Eurofighter) Spain In-Service Support and the SM is the key internal customer interface with the suppliers to ensure all our Customers’ demand are covered avoiding operational impact.

Main responsibilities

Among other activities, the jobholder will:

  • Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost.

  • Perform an effective control of supplier activities, securing a close understanding of supplier overall situation and scope.

  • Demand management and ordering.

  • Missing parts management and implementation of recovery plan with Suppliers.

  • Support to MRO and Retrofit activities and all in service task force needed (EF Plateau, Tiger Team, Maturity…).

  • Support improvement and development plan in order to secure delivery of the products and services in conformity with the contracts.

  • Provide consolidated forecast to suppliers.

  • Non conformance management for containment (first closure) and support SCQM in root cause analysis.

  • Export Control activities: export licence signature process, support Commodities to get export control classification declaration.

  • Invoice management: ensure payment on time.

  • Use of ordering cockpit as base to monitor supplier performance. 

  • Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.
