AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain - Discover II 2026/2027 - Starting date 5th October 2026 until 1st October.


We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current @context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during April 2026 until July 2026.
 

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description:

A vacancy for a trainee within the Procurement Operations organization (internal siglum PO) has arisen. The jobholder will be integrated within the Composites & Chemicals team (POMC) focusing in particular in securing the present and future “on time, on quality” deliveries to Airbus and its supply base. The POMC team is a key member of the Materials & Detail Parts (POM) organization within Procurement Operations.


Team activities:

The team is responsible for managing the industrial performance of a supply base of around 250 manufacturing sites of flyable and ancillary materials, all along the product lifecycle: from supplier selection (call for tender phase), through supplier approval and new product qualification, to series operation and supplier development. Its main tasks are:

Coordinating the tactical activities and mid-term actions with the relevant stakeholders in the composites commodity Multi-Functional Team (MFT), integrated also by the commodity buyers and Programs, Materials and Processes Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering organizations, and securing its execution in alignment with the agreements taken
Ensuring the industrial qualification of suppliers and products in line with Airbus requirements:

• Managing the contract execution, being responsible for the suppliers’ on time, on quality deliveries
• Ensuring constant compliance of suppliers and products to Airbus requirements
• Managing supplier performance, implementing recovery plans when needed to secure deliveries
• Actively planning, supporting and monitoring suppliers development in line with Airbus sourcing strategy
