Digital Marketing / Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

This is a internhip full time hybrid role for a Marketing / Digital Marketing Intern based in KL / Puchong area for Malaysians only. We are seeking a Marketing / Digital Marketing Intern to bridge the gap between AI-driven content creation and technical sales. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital product marketing and lead generation for our software services.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Digital Product Management: Create, list, and market digital products across platforms.
  • Performance Marketing: Execute and manage Etsy Ads, Meta Ads, direct outreach, and Email Marketing.
  • Active Lead Gen (X/Twitter): Identify website leads from social threads, initiate outreach, and coordinate with the team to produce and record video prototypes for potential clients.
  • Sales Conversion: Follow up with leads to close sales for digital products and software services.
  • AI Content Operations: Master and utilize AI tools (the usual AI tools + specialized AI tools) to create marketing assets, such as marketing copy and promotional visuals.
Qualifications
  • Experience or strong interest in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Experience / interested in Online Marketing and Web Analytics
  • Effective Communication skills (English) to work collaboratively with teams and clients
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, or digital ad platforms is a plus
  • An innovative mindset and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
  • Preferred: Mandarin-speaking Malaysians with good English
