Location: This is an office-based role, working 5 days per week at our Shoreham-by-Sea headquarters.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a talented and driven D esigner (Midweight to Senior level) to join our Creative Team. Reporting to the Lead Designer, you'll work across the full design process from initial concept through to final artwork - creating innovative, trend-led product and packaging designs that excite customers and support commercial goals.

Depending on your experience, you may also take a lead role in mentoring junior designers, managing workloads, and contributing to the development of new ranges and processes.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Concept to Creation: Design engaging product and packaging concepts across multiple ranges and licenses, from sketch to final artwork.
  • Brand & Style Guides: Work with major licensed brands, ensuring creative outputs meet licensor style guides and brand standards.
  • Trend & Research: Conduct market and design trend research, identifying opportunities and presenting ideas for new ranges.
  • Artwork & Delivery: Create accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging, cutter guides, and on-shelf visuals.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver commercially successful designs.
  • Mentorship (Senior Level): Support, mentor, and review the work of junior and midweight designers, sharing feedback and ensuring quality standards.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance design processes, templates, and creative outcomes.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • Proven experience in product and/or packaging design (minimum 4+ years for midweight, 6+ years for senior).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A creative, trend-led portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, and typography skills.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Understanding of print production and packaging formats.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with licensed brands.
  • Photography and presentation skills (mock-ups, lifestyle imagery).
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers (for senior applicants).
