Data Analyst - People Analytics

Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst in People Analytics, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our reporting and analytics functions. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to meaningful insights and compliance reporting. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Lead Data Analyst to maintain and audit People Analytics dashboards and reports. • Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of weekly and monthly reports. • Support compliance reporting by preparing, validating, and submitting necessary data. • Assist in creating analyses and insights for stakeholder requests. • Develop and refine SQL queries to extract and validate data from HR systems. • Facilitate Workday reporting and data extraction, including troubleshooting and basic configuration. • Document metrics, reporting logic, and data sources, addressing data quality issues as needed. • Manage ad hoc analytics requests while balancing regular deliverables. Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field. • Proven experience in analytics or reporting within a data-driven environment. • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation. • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS for reporting and data management. • Strong communication skills to explain metrics and recommendations to non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills • Master's degree in a related field. • Experience with BI dashboards and maintaining data quality. • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting processes. • Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and sound judgment.
