Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Crewmember, you will be the frontline ambassador for careerzynith, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. Your day‑to‑day duties will include Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, SMS texts, and emails with professionalism and empathy.
