Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, empathetic, and detail‑oriented individuals to serve as Customer Service Advocates . In this role, you will be the trusted point of contact for members enrolled in careerzynith benefit plans, guiding them through medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision benefits, eligibility questions, claim resolutions, and health‑care literacy. This is a full‑time, remote position with a blend of inbound calls, outbound outreach, live chat, and secure messaging interactions. Working hours are Monday through Friday, with flexible shift options between 830 am – 500 pm and 1230 pm – 900 pm Central Standard Time (CST). Occasional overtime may be required to meet business needs. You will receive six weeks of paid, virtual training to master careerzynith’s systems, policies, and member‑centric approach. Key Responsibilities Member Interaction Listen actively, ask probing questions, and document inquiries related to medical, vision, dental, and pharmacy plan details, eligibility, and claim status. Issue Resolution Utilize multiple databases, internal tools, and specialist networks to resolve complex benefit and claim issues on behalf of members. Education & Guidance Translate clinical terminology and coding into plain language, helping members understand costs, coverage options, and how to maximize their benefits. Resource Referral Connect members with appropriate internal specialists, community services, support programs, and external resources based on their unique health‑care needs. Process Adaptability Quickly adopt changes in policies, procedures, and guidelines at both site and enterprise levels, ensuring consistent compliance. Performance Metrics Meet or exceed established goals for efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first‑call resolution, schedule adherence, and attendance. Collaboration Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including claims, enrollment, and clinical support—to deliver seamless member experiences. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑service environment, preferably within a health‑care or insurance setting. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Ability to work the required shift windows (830 am – 500 pm or 1230 pm – 900 pm CST) and occasional overtime as business demands dictate.
