<div><strong>Job Description</strong><br/><br/>### How you'll contribute<br/><br/>You will partner with the customer and build rapport at all levels to fully understand their business and the marketplace, influencing positive business growth. Responsibilities include achieving New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, and Base Business Objectives such as Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, and Optimal Shelving. You will also achieve promotional revenue objectives by tactic, price point, Drive Period & Selling Event while implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories. Cross-functional collaboration to manage execution of assigned category objectives and maintaining files and business documentation to detail business transactions are part of the everyday work.<br/><br/>You will be expected to:<br/><br/>- Demonstrate proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company.<br/><br/>- Own business process and Category management through a complex Sales position where you owned a desk of at least $10MM of business.<br/><br/>- Manage and balance a large trade budget and embody a customer-first mentality to achieve objectives.<br/><br/>- Work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities.<br/><br/>The role requires polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to negotiate and influence. You should show tested proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc. Strong analytical skills are required; you must be able to use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influence the customer to achieve category objectives. Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed.<br/><br/>### Compensation & benefits<br/><br/>New Hire Base Salary Range: $104,200.00 - $130,200.00<br/><br/>Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
