This is reflected in the reputation we have earned, with a loss adjusting product that has been developed and refined and has been consistently rated as \"Excellent\" in external client audits.</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>As a home based Casualty Adjuster, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of Fast track and Multi-track liability claims; Employers’, Public & Products, TPPD and CAR on a cradle to grave and investigate and report only basis. You will have a minimum of 5 years loss adjusting experience and a proven track record for delivering and promoting a superior customer service and technical excellence.</p><p><strong>What will you be responsible for</strong></p><ul><li>To maintain and manage a case load of up to <u>80 files</u>, demonstrating effective and proactive claims handling.</li><li>Undertake thorough site investigations in a timely manner.</li><li>You will be expected to handle claims from cradle to grave and investigate and report only.</li><li>Liaising with Insurers, Policyholders, Witnesses and other experts where appropriate and manage their expectations.</li><li>Determine the correct liability outcome, control indemnity spend and negotiate the resolution of claims within our Principals authority.</li><li>Understand, interpret and apply Policy cover and its wording to a variety of specialist classes as appropriate.</li><li>Demonstrate and be able to adhere to agreed SLA’s.</li><li>Prepare detailed and concise reports, which clearly explain your investigation, legal liability and quantum recommendations.</li><li>Provide technical advice, support and guidance to all stakeholders, and propose bespoke solutions in a professional manner.</li><li>Keeping abreast of case law and legal developments.</li><li>Assist developing new business/building upon existing relationships with all stakeholders.</li><li>Possess a can do attitude and collaborate effectively with colleagues and all stakeholders.</li><li>Promote GHG’s ethics and values.</li></ul><p><strong>What we need from you</strong></p><ul><li>At least 2 A’ Levels and GCSE in Maths and English.</li><li>Cert CII and / or Cert CILA</li><li>Minimum of 5 years loss adjusting and claims handling, dealing with Casualty claims.</li><li>Understanding and knowledge of Commercial Combined Liability Policies and CAR Policies.</li><li>Exceptional customer service, organisational and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage changing priorities. Strong research, investigation and analytical skills.
