Job Summary

AeroStar DK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Services Supervisor to lead, coordinate, and elevate the onboard service experience for passengers. The Cabin Services Supervisor will oversee the cabin crew, ensuring exceptional service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety, comfort, and professionalism. This role is ideal for candidates with proven leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and an eye for detail. The Supervisor will work closely with flight operations, training teams, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of in-flight services and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the cabin crew team to ensure outstanding service delivery on every flight.
  • Oversee pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, aviation regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle passenger queries, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism, ensuring positive customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with flight operations to manage cabin logistics, meal service, and passenger accommodations.
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans.
  • Train and mentor junior cabin crew members, providing guidance and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Lead emergency response efforts and ensure that all staff are prepared for safety scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including catering, ground services, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on service incidents, performance metrics, and crew scheduling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Aviation Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cabin crew roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in safety protocols, emergency procedures, and aviation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

Working Hours
