Job Summary

As a Cabin Crew Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance participants’ knowledge, skills, and professionalism. You will work closely with aviation experts, regulatory bodies, and training teams to ensure that cabin crew are equipped to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to safety protocols.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for cabin crew members on safety procedures, emergency protocols, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Conduct classroom-based and practical training, including simulated emergency drills, evacuation procedures, and equipment handling.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and company standards in all training modules.
  • Keep training materials, manuals, and documentation up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with senior instructors and management to enhance training methods and address skill gaps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field. A diploma or certification in cabin crew operations or airline services is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a cabin crew member or training instructor within the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of in-flight safety procedures, emergency protocols, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle diverse trainee groups and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
  • Proficient in training software, simulation tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Certification in CPR, first aid, and other emergency response procedures is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a cabin crew member, preferably with exposure to international flight operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training or mentoring role within aviation, hospitality, or customer service sectors.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling based on training sessions and operational requirements.
  • Availability for evening, weekend, or occasional travel-based training sessions as needed.
