Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the cabin crew team in delivering outstanding in-flight service to passengers.
  • Learn and support safety protocols, including pre-flight briefings, emergency procedures, and evacuation processes.
  • Observe and participate in passenger handling, check-ins, boarding, and disembarkation procedures.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness, orderliness, and comfort standards under guidance.
  • Attend training sessions on customer service, safety compliance, and airline operational procedures.
  • Shadow experienced cabin crew members to gain practical insights into day-to-day operations.
