We are hiring a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our Business Operations team and directly support our Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our delivery services team make data-driven decisions by collecting and analyzing data, creating visual reports, and providing strategic recommendations. What would your day look like? • Manage and expand ETL pipeline and data workflows. • Build and Maintain Data Warehouse marts. • Manage recurring data processes using Python, SQL, or Airflow. • Supporting analysts with structured, clean datasets. • Building analysis and dashboards in BI tools such as Quicksight. What do you need to succeed? Technical Skills • 4-6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science roles. • Skilled in building and optimising data pipelines. • Experience with AWS, including data platforms, ETL tools, and APIs. • Strong SQL Experience and Complex query writing experience. • Experience with Python. • Experience working with AWS data solutions and Redshift. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness. • Experience in building visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (AWS Quicksight preferred).
