This salary range may vary based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location. JOB SUMMARY The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Finance and Commercial teams in enabling data-driven decision-making and optimizing business intelligence capabilities. This cross-functional position is responsible for generating actionable insights, improving reporting processes, and enhancing the organization's business intelligence infrastructure. The role requires proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Power BI-including both dashboard design and data modeling-and the ability to manage and interpret large, complex datasets. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, and tech solutions to develop scalable solutions that advance business growth and operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of financial performance, customer behavior, and sales trends. • Communicate analysis of findings, trends, and recommendations to Finance and Commercial stakeholders to influence improved decision-making. • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to identify reporting needs, KPIs and performance metrics. • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI to visualize trends, forecasts, and performance insights. • Develop data models and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to consolidate information from NetSuite, Salesforce, and other internal systems. • Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems by identifying discrepancies and driving resolution with relevant stakeholders. • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with accurate and timely reporting. • Collaborate with Tech Solutions and data engineering team to enhance data infrastructure and automate data flows. • Independently identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions. • Document business requirements, data definitions, and reporting processes for transparency and scalability. • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical tools. • Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
