We make managing medical funds safe, effortless, and cost effective for everyone. </p><p></p><p></p>The Quality Assurance Associate supports data quality risk controls by performing routine reviews of critical member data to ensure accuracy and completeness. This role executes established sampling and validation procedures, identifies discrepancies, and escalates data quality issues for resolution. The associate maintains clear documentation of review activities to support audit requirements and control effectiveness. Through consistent and detail-oriented execution, this role helps ensure the integrity of key data inputs.<p></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p>Execute key data quality control activities to support risk mitigation and data integrity.</p></li><li><p>Review member data to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.</p></li><li><p>Identify data errors and/or inconsistencies and escalate findings through defined remediation procedures.</p></li><li><p>Execute monthly data review processes using established sampling methodologies and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate documentation of review activities, findings, and outcomes to support audit and compliance requirements.</p></li><li><p>Track and log identified issues and assist in monitoring recurring errors or patterns for supervisory review.</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Skills and Abilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</p></li><li><p>Ability to follow defined procedures and maintain consistency in repetitive tasks</p></li><li><p>Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems</p></li><li><p>Good organizational and documentation skills</p></li><li><p>Clear written and verbal communication for issue escalation</p></li></ul><p><br><b>Education Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>H.S.
