We are seeking a talented, motivated, and inventive Associate Criminal Defense Attorney (ACDA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of criminal and DUI defense cases, gain valuable experience, and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Qualified candidates will eventually have opportunities to become involved in our flourishing Personal Injury practice, if they choose! Collaborate with other team attorneys and support staff - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings - Sign up prospective clients, sharing “on call” duty with other attorneys and team members degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Washington and local bar - 2 to 5 years of experience in criminal defense (prosecutor experience a plus) - Strong research, writing, and communication skills - Passion for criminal law and advocating for clients - Spanish speaking a plus - Knowledge of case management software (Clio) helpful Position is full-time, salaried and on site.
