Job Overview

Best Logistics & Transport is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. We deliver packages and smiles to people within our community daily. You're invited to join our team as a delivery driver.

Responsibilities

  • Interact positively and professionally with customers, delivering products to homes, retail and business locations.
  • Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
  • Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress and solve obstacles.
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled and in good operating condition.
  • Follow DOT on‑road standards and maintain medical card paperwork.
  • Assist in training other team members as needed.
  • Elevate and transport packages up to 100 pounds, including climbing stairs and working in varying weather.

Basic Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license in the state of New York (or state of residence).
  • Proficient in English at a level sufficient to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel.
  • Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, stretch, and move boxes up to 100 pounds.
  • Comfortable operating large cargo vans or small box trucks and navigating stairs.
  • Capable of working shifts 8‑10 hours, 7 days per week, or up to 46 hours per week.

  • Track record of reliability and prior professional delivery driving experience.
  • Experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand.
  • Excellent attention to detail and independent problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and upbeat attitude.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work well within a team.

Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the U.S., at least 21 years of age, and pass a pre‑employment 5‑panel drug test.
  • DOT medical card required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to operate a delivery vehicle and navigate traffic, construction, and congestion.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $23.50 ‑ $24.00 per hour, plus paid overtime and weekly safety/metric incentives/bonus.
  • Full and part‑time opportunities with shifts from 8‑10 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Paid training, paid overtime, health insurance and benefits, paid time off, 401(k) and matching, dental and vision insurance, referral program, tuition reimbursement.

Schedule

  • 10‑hour shifts, day shift, holidays, overtime, weekend availability.
