ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a REMOTE ROLE & we welcome applications from all countries in Eastern Europe. As Amazon Head of Sales, you’ll have full ownership of our Amazon channel strategy, execution, and results across multiple markets. You’ll lead the Amazon team, optimise every lever for growth, and ensure our expansion into new markets is flawless.

You will:

  • Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) the Amazon sales function, ensuring clarity, alignment, and peak team performance.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end Amazon sales strategies including – PPC strategy, external traffic strategy, Amazon features (deals, coupons, shoppable videos), A/B testing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Work with the leadership team to set and achieve aggressive revenue targets across UK, EU, and US Amazon marketplaces.
  • Own all aspects of product launches: from keyword and competitor research to listing creation, PPC campaigns, and review strategies.
  • Spearhead international Amazon expansion, starting with Germany and France, followed by the US.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon trends, new native features, Rufus and other AI changes, competitor moves, and platform changes.
  • Implement continuous improvement to boost KPIs — CVR, CTR, Subscribe & Save adoption, and retention rates through constant testing and best practice adoption
  • Lead the implementation of the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) across the Amazon sales team
  • Work with the Off Amazon marketing team to coordinate sales and traffic strategy for key events like prime day, product launches and other marketing events.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or quantitative field (preferred, but not mandatory if you meet all other requirements).
  • 3+ years as an Amazon Brand Manager or Head of Sales with other 7 or 8 figure brands and proven success in similar responsibilities.
  • Experience leading small, high-performing teams achieving aggressive growth targets within the Amazon channel
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel capabilities and data analysis capabilities
  • Skilled in goal setting, strategic planning and managing teams to meet ambitious target
  • Skilled in SOP creation and process optimisation.
  • Proficiency with tools like Helium 10, DataDive, Titan Tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon algorithms, features, policies, and best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of omni-channel marketing and brand building and using it to drive Amazon sales performance
  • Experience with an operating system like EOS is preferable but not mandatory
  • Ability to maintain brand tone and visual consistency across listings.
