Job Summary

AeroConnect Airlines is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for passengers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive travel experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting travelers, managing check-in procedures, handling boarding processes, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome passengers with warmth and professionalism while assisting them throughout their journey.
  • Handle check-in procedures, issuing boarding passes, and verifying travel documents in accordance with airline policies.
  • Assist passengers with special requests, including assistance for elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with disabilities.
  • Manage boarding procedures and ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with ground handling teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide timely communication regarding flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes.
  • Ensure adherence to airport regulations, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any irregularities or incidents to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or communication is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, discretion, and professionalism.

Experience
