Airline Ground Staff – Check-in Agent

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly and assist them with check-in procedures, including baggage drop, seat selection, and document verification.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about flight schedules, boarding times, and baggage policies.
  • Ensure compliance with airline and airport security protocols.
  • Resolve passenger queries, concerns, and irregularities with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with other teams such as baggage handling, gate staff, and customer service for smooth operations.
  • Manage boarding procedures, verify travel documents, and assist passengers requiring special support.
  • Maintain accurate passenger records and update the airline's system efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Aviation is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
