I’m working with a leading UK training provider that’s on a mission to close the digital skills gap. They deliver high-quality apprenticeship, bootcamp, and corporate training programmes — helping people and businesses develop the AI and digital skills needed to stay ahead.

They’ve won multiple awards for innovation and learner experience, and are known for creating real impact through practical, engaging learning.

The Role

They’re now looking for an AI Trainer to join their growing team.
You’ll be delivering across apprenticeships, corporate, and bespoke training programmes — supporting learners and clients to understand, apply, and innovate with AI.

This is a role where you’ll also help consult on AI strategies, create workshops and events, and contribute to the development of new training content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training on AI topics such as machine learning, data-driven decision-making, prompt engineering, and ethical AI use

  • Design and update course materials that reflect the latest industry tools and trends

  • Work with businesses to help them understand how AI can be used effectively within their teams

  • Support with bespoke workshops, events, and content creation

  • Provide guidance and feedback to learners to ensure progress and engagement

What You’ll Need

  • Strong background in AI, data, or related digital technologies

  • Experience delivering training or workshops (corporate, apprenticeship, or bootcamp settings welcome)

  • Confident communicator with a passion for simplifying complex ideas

  • Up-to-date understanding of current AI tools, frameworks, and applications

  • Bonus points for experience with LLMs, Python, or real-world AI implementation projects

What’s on Offer

  • Salary between £50,000 – £70,000, depending on experience

  • Remote Working

  • Opportunity to shape how AI is taught and applied across industries

  • Supportive, innovative environment where ideas are encouraged
