<b>Job Description:</b><br><br>As an AI Engineer, you will validate, prototype, and implement AI capabilities that enhance marketing operations and customer experiences. You'll join a cross-functional team executing a digital transformation initiative, collaborating with engineers, technical architects, strategists, and marketing stakeholders to deliver AI-powered marketing capabilities. You will focus on integrating modern AI services with enterprise marketing technology to deliver measurable business value through intelligent automation, personalization, and other AI systems. You will report to the Experience Technical Director.<br><br>This is a remote role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 1 day a week onsite.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Validate AI use cases through technical feasibility assessments and build proof-of-concepts that can evolve into production systems</li><li>Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS AI) with Adobe Experience Platform (RT-CDP, Journey Optimizer, Marketo) and Salesforce Data Cloud</li><li>Design and implement data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing through Edge Network architectures</li><li>Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)</li><li>Create APIs and microservices that expose AI functionality to marketing applications</li><li>Implement observability and measurement frameworks for AI-powered workflows</li><li>Ensure compliance with data privacy and consent management requirements (OneTrust)</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, technical architects, strategists, and marketing teams to align solutions with business objectives</li><li>Document technical approaches and recommendations for scaling successful initiatives</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and iterate using real-world data and feedback</li><li>Staying current with AI/ML advancements and recommending new technologies</li><li>Structured and unstructured data experience</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><strong>Essential</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field</li><li>2+ years experience with production AI systems including data engineering and integration</li><li>Deep understanding of modern AI: LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures</li><li>Strong Python programming with API integration experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)</li><li>Experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce</li><li>Production experience with cloud-native architectures including serverless, containers, and managed AI services</li><li>Proficiency with data pipelines, streaming platforms, and event-driven architectures</li><li>Experience with LLM orchestration libraries (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)</li><li>AI observability tools (Arize, OpenTelemetry, LangSmith)</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred</strong><br><ul><li>Adobe Experience Platform certification or implementation experience</li><li>MLOps and AI observability tools experience</li><li>Knowledge of marketing concepts: segmentation, lead scoring, journey orchestration</li></ul><br><br>The annual salary range for this position is (113,000-$182,850).
