Job Summary

As an Administrative Intern, you will work closely with the program and management teams, assisting in daily operations, documentation, data management, and communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office management and administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and reporting by maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure smooth communication across teams.
  • Help manage communication with stakeholders, donors, volunteers, and partners via email and phone.
  • Assist with fundraising events, workshops, and awareness campaigns by providing logistical and administrative support.
  • Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Participate in drafting reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support data collection and analysis to assess project impact and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Experience

  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in an NGO, nonprofit, or community-based organization is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Availability during regular office hours, with occasional tasks requiring extra hours or weekend support for events.
