<strong>Do you have Insurance experience within Commercial property/liability? <br><br></strong>We’re on the hunt for a talented Administration Assistant to join our team at Breeze Underwriting in our Colchester office. You will handle renewal enquiries, support underwriting operations, assist with producing quotes and policy documents and maintain accurate records using our IT systems. You’ll also liaise with brokers and insurers, managing team diaries and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.<br><br><strong>What does an Administration Assistant here do?<br><br></strong><em>This is an overview and not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Collaborating with your line manager, you will develop your own objectives but focus on all of the following.<br><br></em><ul><li>Respond to enquiries professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Comment on survey risk improvements.</li><li>Review EICR reports.</li><li>Process sum insured changes.</li><li>Review completed proposal forms.</li><li>Understand the questions being asked on proposal forms and what changes to the policy we have to make should the information differ from that declared at inception/renewal.</li><li>Issue Contract Certain quotations</li><li>Always maintain agreed service levels.</li><li>Operate within personal authority limited and delegated parameters.</li><li>Organising and maintaining our diary system.</li><li>Achieve individual targets while contributing to team goals. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What are we looking for in our next Administration Assistant?<br><br></strong><ul><li>Insurance experience (Essential)</li><li>Commercial Property/Liability Insurance experience (Essential)</li><li>Administration experience (Essential)<br><br></li></ul>This is an opportunity for an organised individual with previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail who can prioritise their own workload and assist the team in managing theirs.
