Job Summary

OfficePlus Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating office activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle incoming communications such as emails, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases to ensure easy access and data integrity.
  • Support procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinate training schedules.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve internal workflows.
  • Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and assist in budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or office management roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of administrative support experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
  • Standard office hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on business requirements.
