FutureBridge Foundation is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our dynamic NGO team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and workshops, ensuring timely logistics and resource availability.
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Support HR-related functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
- Assist program teams with administrative support including reporting, communication, and documentation.
