Accounts & Operations Executive (Night Shift – U.S. Timings)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Operations Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoices, maintaining account records, communicating with customers, and supporting daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, statements, and financial records.
  • Handle email correspondence with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoices, payments, and service-related inquiries.
  • Follow up on pending invoices and outstanding payments.
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
  • Perform data entry and support administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and smooth workflow.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates on account-related activities.
  • Deliver professional customer support through email and phone.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Prior experience in invoicing, customer support, accounts, or administration is preferred but not mandatory.
